I need a short story written...

Extra notes: I'm looking for an experienced writer to help put together a short story - this will later be implemented into a game (credits will be provided for your work, which will give exposure and potentially future work). As this story will be implemented into a game it needs to focus more on characters and dialogue rather than description of scenery like in a standard book, as these will be drawn and visualised for the user in game.

The ideal candidate for this task would be someone with prior experience writing for games, however I am happy to consider all candidates assuming you can provide high quality work - examples of previous work will be appreciated!

For the story itself I am looking for something around the ideas of "Life / Death - Romance - Ghosts" and would need to last roughly an hour or two - the game itself will be a 2D platform / adventure style game. The player will experience the story through characters and scenery that will appear in dialogue boxes on the screen.
