I need a creative writer to produce effective one page flyers to sell our services

Our company creates and produces corporate team building activities. Clients request a description of our activities to "sell it" to the key corporate stakeholder. Need our one page "flyer" to include an image or two of the activity and provide copy that can sell the excitement of the event. We might want to expand on our one page flyers to include a two-page activity description that provides more detail and perhaps include a box that explains the core objectives of the activity, max/min # people, space requirements, cost, etc. I have attached a few current flyers.
