I need a creative scriptwriter for developing short videos

I would like to invite proposals from creative and talented writers who have experience for developing concepts/scripts with visual instructions. Usually we produce videos in the range of 1 to 6 minutes and these could be for promoting a product, service, corporate videos or they could be for promoting a concept, a restaurant, an idea or whatever...

Key is that the writer should have creative and communication oriented mind-set and should be savvy with how the message should be communicated to the viewers in the whatever the brief have been given...
