FANTASY/ SUSPENSE/ ROMANCE WRITER NEEDED

Im looking for an experienced YA fiction writer to help finalise my book. Ive written the first draft and would like someone to now develop and flesh out the characters a little bit more especially the romantic leads and their dialogue and inner monlogues. Looking only for native English speaks with a degree in English lit, creative writing, communications or someone who has a good grasps of language with unique, beautiful writing style. The deadline for completion will be 1-2months
