We are not looking for someone to post generic content. We are looking for a creative, consistent, and faith-aware social media manager who understands how to build a genuine community — not just a follower count.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
Creating and posting 5–6 times per week on Instagram/Facebook and 4–5 times per week on TikTok
Writing captions that reflect our brand voice — warm, faith-aligned, purposeful, and community-focused
Designing graphics and short-form video content using Canva or similar tools
Engaging with followers — responding to comments, following relevant accounts, and participating in the community
Monitoring analytics weekly and reporting what is working and what needs adjustment
Staying current on trending audio and content formats on TikTok and applying them to the UdokAni brand
Submitting a content calendar for approval before posting each week
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience managing Instagram/Facebook and TikTok for a lifestyle, fashion, or faith-based brand
A portfolio or examples of past work — please include this in your application
Strong copywriting skills — your captions must sound human, warm, and authentic — not AI-generated or generic
Deep understanding of what drives organic growth on short-form video platforms
Consistent, proactive communicator who treats deadlines seriously
Someone who aligns with or respects faith-based values and understands how to speak to that audience
Performance-Based Trial Period
HOW THE TRIAL WORKS:
We offer a paid 30-day trial before committing to a long-term arrangement. During the trial we will evaluate content quality, posting consistency, engagement growth, and overall results. Compensation for the trial period will be discussed upon selection. Long-term rates will be determined based on demonstrated performance. We are looking for someone confident enough in their abilities to let their work speak for itself.
