Edit Scanned document

I need a PDF File modified.
The document is scanned and contains some wrong data that shall be corrected such like contact details.
The issue is that is must be edited a professional way for that nobody recognizes the changes and that it was edited.

If you agree, please make sure you are able to modify some text onto a scanned pdf file by most professional way.
Note, only contact name, address details and 1 word must be revised, nothing else =in total 5 words and one number

Also note, if you do the job not good, I will reject to release payment.
