Creative Writing & Editing required for an Autobiography

My grandmother recently wrote an autobiography with the intention of having it published.

She wrote the book in Urdu Language and later had it translated into English.

The English translation is lacking descriptive writing, the punctuation/grammar needs editing and the flow of the story needs work. We are looking for an experienced writer to work on this book and make it ready for publishing/ self publishing.

The first half of her story is set in India and the second half is set in the United Kingdom, My grandmother and I will be available for the duration of the project to answer questions about these places. Please note her story is not a light hearted one and covers her experiences with domestic abuse, migration and single parenting.
