Creative story teller to write short stories

Hello! We are looking for creative writers to help us with writing a selection of fictional short stories for our book. We would like to create an ongoing relationship with a few writers as, in the future, we’d like to have a wide range of stories to include in each of our books. We have some ideas for stories, and essentially, would like the writers to develop a storyline from these ideas. We can provide the ideas, characters, niche insights etc. but we would like your creative input to put this altogether. We are looking for fluent or native English speakers only. Our target audience for the stories is Young Adult-Adult. Ideally, we’d like each story to have about 7 or 8 chapters – each at about a 3-5min read, and to be written in the first person present tense (male and female). We want the stories to be compelling and keep our readers wanting more and more between each chapter! Our budget can be negotiated. Your work must be creative, original, and not copied. We’d also welcome you to provide a sample of your writing to make sure we are the right fit. Please note that we will own all rights to the finished product once you are fully paid, and we will issue an agreement for writers to sign to confirm this as well as an NDA. Thanks!
