Copy for Direct Mail letter & Flyer (Going to PTA's/Schools)

Kind of writing: Direct response letter and flyer
Information for the business: We sell Sand Art products to Schools/Charities who use them for Fundraising at school events.
Topic: Raising Money with our fund-raising packages
Tone: Enthusiastic
Outline & Structure:
1. Write a direct response letter which is targeted to Parent & Teacher Associations of Primary Schools about our Christmas fundraising packages.
250 to 350 words, single sided letter.

2. Write interesting/engaging copy for brochure/flyer on how the PTA's/Schools make a profit selling our products (all the Benefits). (Attached previous example)

Objective to gain as much interest as possible how these products could benefit them, and raise funds for their school or good cause. Overall the aim is to gain the maximum response from existing customers (and prospective customers) and convert these into sales.
We are looking for a highly gifted and creative person who has experience with direct mail response, can demonstrate previous work completed.
