Best man speech - comedy

I require some assistance in reviewing a best man speech to be delivered at an upcoming wedding.

I have the basics of the speech, with stories and jokes but require the comedy refining, mainly making sure the punchlines work well and the speech flows. I have lots of ideas an anecdotes and would like to try and work some of them in.

It's about a 5 minute speech, just over a page long.
