Article Writer for fashion website

I am looking for someone who can write 6 to 10 good quality articles per week and submit them to the article directories, create squidoo and hub pages and maintain a blog and forum site.
This person will also be required to maintain a facebook page and increase the facebook friends from nil to as many as possible in a short space of time. The candidate will also be required to establish a twitter, my space account, google buzz etc.
The website sells leather clothes, shoes, boots and lingerie.
A knowledge of the dutch language would be good but is not essential. However I do require the candidate to have a good track record in article writing and facebook maintenance.
This is a long term position for the right candidate. please quote a fixed WEEKLY price for the work described above.
