Advertorial - 300 Words Needed

Hello, We require an advertorial to be written of 300 words. This will be printed on the Cannavist magazine and we need a few paragraphs going into detail about their company and the products/services they supply. Opposite this will be an advertisement for our services, please see attached.

We are looking for someone to produce the 300 words and provide guidance on what should be included.
