Description
Experience Level: Expert
Hi!
I am looking for someone to write some copy for a client of ours for their website - it's mostly about writing some core copy around headline messaging we have already defined, and tweaking existing copy. We ideally want someone who knows something about the world of Botox, dermal fillers, etc for face, body and skin - if you have personal experience, even better. SKN is not the client but take a look at their website and this should give you a good example of what they do - https://www.sknclinics.co.uk/ - however, we want you to write in the style of a more mainstream but higher-end beauty and fashion magazine style so something like Harper's Bazaar, Tattler and Vogue would be good reference points to start from - and any experience, journalistic or otherwise, in these areas would go down well.
Our client is an independent clinic operating in the Knightsbridge area serving women (although 25% of their clients are men) who are willing to pay quite a bit for good quality work (this is an unregulated industry so this is something we should all be nervous about when selecting someone to do some work on us). They are still quite a bit less expensive than some other clinics in the area and yet probably is much better, but you still do need to have a bob or two to afford their services.
I have put down £40 per hour as a target fee, but happy to pay as low as £30 or as high as £50, depending upon your personal circumstances. I would prefer to work with native English speakers based in the UK, but although it doesn't matter where you are based or what age, race or gender you are, I think it would be helpful if you could visit the clinic, so preference might be given to someone who is willing and able to visit the clinic at least once, to take a look around, meet the team, and participate in a kick off workshop with all important stakeholder (myself and our creative director, and 2-3 people from the client).
I hope that this gives you a good idea of what is involved and I look forward to hearing from you - thanks in advance for your interest.
