Turn 145 page word document into a well laid out, simple to use, training document.

As an IT support company, I've been asked by my clients to come up with an 'idiots guide' to GDPR.

From a vast array of sources, and with my own words, I have compiled the 'idiot guide', but the formatting and presentation is all over the place. Some of the pages are portrait, others are landscape - other than the odd chart, all must be portrait.

The document needs laying out as a training document, with a table of contents being automatically updated. You will need to identify and implement all the required titles, headings, etc so that it can be quickly changed in the Table Of Contents (TOC).

As this a compilation of many different styles, it will require all tables and simple graphics to be changed to be similar.

There are 2 x PowerPoint, 9 x Word and 6 x Excel documents that support the guide - these all need tidying up and preparing so that my clients can quickly change their names and logos so that they can use the documents as the records for their business.

You will also need to proofread the document, ensuring that it makes sense - renaming the supporting documents as required.

The consistency of presentation through ALL the documents is essential.

I will want the documents returned to me in the same format, so that I can add/change as required.
