Social Media Content Assistant Required

**Job Title:** Social Media Content Assistant (Screenshots, File Management & Posting – Ongoing Work)

**Overview:**
We are hiring reliable and detail-oriented freelancers (India / Pakistan preferred) to support a high-volume social media content workflow. This role focuses on executing a structured system — sourcing images, organizing files, assembling posts, and publishing content using provided scripts.

**Scope of Work:**

You will follow a clear step-by-step workflow:

1. **Content Sourcing & Screenshots**

* Take clean screenshots from provided sources (websites, social media, etc.)
* Ensure images are high quality, properly cropped, and consistent
* Rename and organise files correctly for easy use

2. **File Management**

* Upload screenshots into organised folders (Google Drive or similar)
* Maintain clean file structure (naming conventions will be provided)
* Ensure all assets are easy to locate and correctly labelled

3. **Content Assembly**

* Upload images into slide/carousel format posts
* Copy and paste pre-written scripts onto slides (no writing required)
* Follow exact formatting and structure provided

4. **Caption & Posting**

* Copy and paste captions
* Upload and schedule posts using **Postoria**
* Follow posting instructions precisely

**Requirements:**

* Strong attention to detail (critical — errors impact performance)
* Ability to follow instructions exactly without deviation
* Comfortable taking and organising screenshots efficiently
* Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram / TikTok)
* Fast execution and consistency

**Preferred (not required):**

* Experience with Canva or similar tools
* Experience with file organisation systems (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
* Previous VA or social media assistant experience

**Workload & Pay:**

* Ongoing, scalable work (daily/weekly volume)
* Paid per post or hourly (based on speed and accuracy)
