Sales Copywrite

Hi all

We require a top notch creative sales writer to produce some converting sales copy.

It is for a property website aimed at finding home owners who require a quick sale. These properties will then be rented/sold on the rent to buy market to help others get onto the property ladder.

I have literally copy and pasted these heading, they can be variants of these words.

I am not bothered about any keyword density.

The purpose of the pages is to appeal to the home owner to enquire with us so we can speak about their options.

I dont want the sales copy to scare anyone into enquiring with us, that is not what we are about.

I would like someone preferably who has experience in writing sales copy for the property market so they understand how the seller is feeling and what motivates them.

Each page needs to be 550 words approx.

The content needs to be sales copy, not an article.

There is the scope for much further work as there are many more pages that will need producing, however these initial 10/11 are required first.

I need all pages written by Friday this week (8th March) and ideally will make a decision today.
