Property Article for UK Property Blog

I am about to launch a UK property blog. Not your ordinary property blog that tends to be quite dull and mundane but rather something that tells story engages and captivates the reader, often targeting millennials. Ideally, I am hoping for an individual (or multiple writers) who can write articles quite frequently preferably from the UK. I understand that my budget per article at this time will appeal less to experienced writers but may suit a uni student (maybe write about your experience of student accommodation fees during lockdown).

I don't expect writers to have experience of the Property industry but would like interesting articles (500 - 600 words) plagiarism free on regional topics such as "Generation Rent", "Regeneration", "Urban Living", "Culture" as well as the occasional general topics on "Negative interest rates", "Gentrification", "HS2", "Sustainability", "Govt Policy". Please only send proposals if you're from the UK.
