Proof Reading / Copywriting / Article Writing

I'm looking for a copywriter to assist with article and blog writing for regular work (3-4 pieces a month, soon to increase). I may also be interested in someone to research and generate additional content.

Please could you provide me approximate cost per hour/article to proof read blog/article drafts and elaborated with eloquent content. As well as any other information you believe to be relevant.

I would also like an estimated turn around time per article.
