Hello copywriters!

We are looking for an experienced, creative copywriter / Virtual Assistant to join our busy team on an ongoing basis. Our initial project will be rewrite of selected product listings and website article-based content. After that we will have ongoing weekly emails, future products & blogs and social media.

You must be used to working within brand guidelines and be able to infuse all the copy you write with a distinct tone of voice that is uniquely ours. Everything from our campaign emails to our Ts&Cs must sound fresh and engaging, helping to build a strong sense of the brand across all our platforms.


We have an extensive suite of onboarding training documentation and videos. Applications which you will need to use are:
Skype, Trello, Excel, Google Docs/ Sheets, Grammerly, Dropbox - Familiary of these is a bonus but not required.

Experience writing engaging product descriptions is essential and experience of sports / healthcare writing is a bonus. We would also need you to be on regular team calls and be proactive with ideas and suggestions.

If this sounds like you, please submit a proposal with relevant examples of your work. Our estimate of work & time required is 10 – 15 hours per week at a standard rate of £10 per hour. Please ensure you have this time available on a weekly basis. There will be options for increased hours when projects require.

While this rate may seem low to many experianced writers, I can offer a long term and reliable client relationship which we find suits the type of freelancer we hope to recruit and also matches our budget requirements.

I have put a 'holding' budget in for now but we can discuss hourly rate once a full brief has been agreed.
