The ideal person
An educated and well-spoken person with a minimum qualification of A-level – preferably to a degree level
Someone with English as the first language (preferably British)
Excellent knowledge of the secondary education system in England
A parent will be ideal but a non-parent with interest in education may work well
Someone who has an ambition go into marketing and perhaps head a team one day
