I need a copy writer for 2 articles per week

I need a copywriter who can rewrite 2 articles per week. This is an on-going project.
Please take a look at the attached files those are 2 PDF files and I will send you same files each week to rewrite

1- I will check the files with CopyScape
2- I will read line by line of your articles.
3- I will not pay to poor written articles.
4- I will not pay for articles witch is submitted later than 7 days.
5- just files in word format is accepted
6- there is no need to rewrite tables and charts
