Guide to booking a function band ebook writer required

I am looking for someone to flesh out a skeleton plan of an ebook on a guide to booking a function band. The plan currently runs at approx 3000 words so is relatively detailed. I wouldn't want it to be longer than 6000 words. It is geared towards private clients eg brides, so must have a chatty feel to it but inspire confidence and communicate that as a business we are experts.
It will ultimately be given away free as an added value in the sale process eg as a download, attached as part of a quote etc

You must have ideally some experience of the events industry and booking live entertainment or be a great writer who is able to research and write on different subjects. I am happy to talk through any technical points to clarify areas not fully understood.
