Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced copywriter to produce 4-5 succinct case studies that highlight our customers' positive experiences with our services. Each case study should fit on a single side of A4 or A2, including a relevant image, and focus on key points that demonstrate why our clients continue to choose us year after year. The purpose of these case studies is to engage and attract potential new customers by showcasing our value through real customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct interviews with our customers to gather essential insights and testimonials.
• Write 4-5 concise, one-page case studies that effectively communicate the value of our services.
• Ensure each case study is visually appealing, balancing text and imagery.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure alignment with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Revise and refine content based on feedback to ensure clarity, impact, and engagement.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a copywriter, with a portfolio of concise, impactful writing, particularly in case studies or similar projects.
• Excellent interviewing and communication skills to extract key information.
• Ability to create compelling narratives that engage potential customers.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, visually appealing work.
• Familiarity with the commercial cleaning industry is a plus, though not required.
