** What We're Looking For **

We need a skilled writer who is fluent in English, based in the UK, and has a knack for creating thoughtful, engaging, SEO-optimised content.

If you have a history of delivering top-quality work and your content has been published online, you might be just the person we're looking for!

Expect regular monthly work (typically 10,000 and 60,000 words).

** Important Notice **

We are looking for native UK writers who are based in the UK only. We value the diversity and talents of writers globally; however, for this particular role, we have specific requirements set by our clients that must be met. We are currently seeking writers who are exclusively based in the UK, with English as their first language. This is to ensure seamless communication during group calls and to meet our clients' expectations without any risk of language misunderstandings.

We love AI, but for the avoidance of doubt, we have a 100% zero tolerance to AI-written content and have various tools/methods to check if any kind of AI model (including GPT-4) has been used and can easily detect if hacks have been applied to re-phrase or "humanise" content.

** Our Requirements **

1. 100% Original Content: We insist on originality and use tools like Copyscape to ensure there's zero duplicate content.
2. No AI-Written Content: Our content must be human-written, and we use AI detection tools like Copyleaks and Originality.ai to confirm this.
3. Keyword Savvy: Your content should use keywords smartly, maintaining a balance of creativity and SEO, without overstuffing.
4. Grammar and Spell Checks: All content must be checked with Grammarly and MS Word for any typos or grammatical errors.
5. Image Inclusion: For most types of content, we require relevant AI-generated AI or copyright-free images to be supplied for every 300 words, with appropriate credits and meaningful captions.
6. SEO Formatting: We request that only MS Word is used and our template is followed to ensure correct SEO formatting styles such as Heading 1, Heading 2, etc.

6. Capacity: Confirm ability to consistently deliver 10,000+ words/month. State your maximum capacity.
7. Specialist Niches: Any additional niches you excel in.
8. Additional Skills: Experience in SEO/keyword optimisation, WordPress management, social media, PR, guest posting, and content marketing. Provide examples if possible.


** Trial Runs and Beyond **
• There's a paid trial for shortlisted candidates. The budget set here is for a single 2,500 word test article.
• Expect ongoing weekly.

** The Fine Print **

• We're after a solo writer, not an agency or team.
• Unlimited revisions? Sure, but ideally we’re looking for a maximum of 3 iterations during the first month, going down to 1 from there on.
• Payment is via PPH after a thumbs up on the final draft.
