Copywriting - Rewrite/Recraft of Q&A section for a website

Hello Wordsmiths.
We need to develop the Q&A section for a startup site which works in a similar way to this one but is geared to transport jobs.
The freelancers will in this case be SME transport companies and man-with-a-van owner operators, and the clients will be the general public.

We have done some research and put together a set of Q&A taken from sites that work in a similar way, as the issues are likely to be the same.

The set should only be used as a template or guidance to develop a new Q&A set which is original, hopefully improved and with a consistent tone of voice.

For background information, we intend our site to have a fun, thoughtful, friendly and (oh, not another innocent wannabe, I can hear you rumble, so we\'ve also added) innovative.

Being a Q&A section the main priority is to be clear and to the point. The ToV should take second place when it conflicts with this main priority.

The Q&A file we have put together has 23 pages in Times New Roman at 12 points with paragraphs at single line spacing. Roughly 8150 words.

I will give preference to fixed quotes.
