Outline & Structure: Hello, I'm looking for someone who can write a few words for a real estate landing page. We will be targeting home buyers and home buying keywords.

I'm looking for something unique, something that will get users to want to opt in. Before I gave away a cheap homes list in their area to get users to opt in. I'm looking for something more unique and creative to get these home buyers to want to give us their info.

The landing page will probably be less than 50 words. What is important is the conversion rate not the amount of words. If you can make me a good copy that is 10 words that converts so be it. If it takes 100 words that's fine too. Conversion is the key here and something unique is what I need.
