Copy & paste 100 products into a website

You will be keying small information and most of the time copying and pasting information into form.

You must first register a seller. And you can only add one product to each seller you create. In other words every seller can only have one product

You will find many companies with a Glob image next to it, if you click on it, it will take you to the company website.

1. Go to our website
Copy and past the company name into the search box to make sure that no one add it as a seller.
Go back to http://www.yellowpages-china.com and to the company you like to add and click on the company Glob image it will open the company website.

When you brows the company website make sure that they have the following:
A. Email address.
B. A product to add to our website (it dose not matter the product have a price or not) but it must have a description.
If you find the above 2 items and the company is not added to our website before then use this company to add to our website..

1. Every time you add a Seller (a company) , the seller must have the following

A. a URL (website belong to the company and not a free website belong to Alibaba or other free online websites such as maid in china etc.).
B. The website of such a company must have the following minimum contact information (a email address and street address). If you can also find other info such as a person name, phone number, fax, cell number please enter their info in the seller registration form.
C. the website of the company must have a product to add to our website, The product may or my not have a price, but it must have a description, if the product have a price you enter the price in the Market Price without shipping, if the product do not have a price no need to enter any prices when you add the product.

To add a seller do the following:

Go to our website

Enter the name of the company you like to add as a seller in the search box and click search to make sure that no one registered the company before you.

If you find out that the company already registered in our website, then do not use it and find another company.

If you find out that the company is not register as sellers in our website do the following

Click on seller Registration button in the top of the page and fill the form

Go back to our website

Click on the SELL button at the top

Enter the user name and the password of the company you just registered as a seller.

You will find yourself in the seller area of this company

When adding a new product you need to have the following

All the companies you will add must have a URL and such URL must be entered in the profile of such a seller registration form.

You can only add one product for each seller. In other words you need to register a new seller for each product.

The short description of the product must be a small paragraph no more than 3000 characters.

To add a product to the seller do the following

4. You will use the form to add a product as follow
M- You will save one product image in your computer.
N- You will upload this image in your selling area.
O- You will select the main category of the product from a drop down selection.
P- You will select 4 secondary categories from the drop down selection.
Q- You will copy and past the name of the product.
R- You will copy the name of the product as a search key word in the search key word box.
S- You will copy and past a detailed description of the product.

When you finish adding your 100 products you will email us a spread sheet (using Excel or using Google spreadsheets)
