This really is a basic job, yet I know how important a description of a group is on facebook. I've created a new group called 'Successful Employer Engagement by Phone' - this page is to be launched early next week.
The group is for a specific niche - Welfare to Work, Work Based learning and social care who focus on getting people back into work. The group is aimed at those who make outgoing calls to employers to find work for their customers.
There is a cover page - see the attachment that says 'Do it right first time' - this means the group is aiming at ensuring any calls made are done right first time.
My dilemma is I've put together the description for the group and I'm not sure it reads right. My grammar is awful. Perhaps the sentences could be better? My aim is to market this page and I want people who see it to WANT to add themselves to the group. These people are desperate for techniques to be better on the phone when making calls - so I'm hoping the description will make them say 'I have to be in this group' BELOW is the current wording. I don't want more words than this - even less would be better.

If you use the phone to find work and training for the unemployed. As well as help employers upskill staff this space is for you.
You'll be part of a welfare to work, work based learning or social care organisation.
Do it right FIRST TIME means the ultimate goal of this group is to help members reduce mistakes, made when making calls therefore avoiding rejection. Sharing best practice is our aim.
All interactions between group members is to be positive, constructive and helpful at all times.
We reserve the right to remove anyone from this page not adhering to the guidelines.
Let's get more people back into work and training!!!
