Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Num. of articles: 1
Words per article: 750
Blog/website url: http://www.maxwellstephens.com/
Information for the blog/website: Facilities Management Recruitment
Industry: Business
Topic: Recruitment
Tone: Formal/Professional
Outline & Structure: I recently attended a conference and when asked about the type of people one of the speakers mentioned that when he recruits he said "we like anyone whom is nice"
As much as I thought this was a funny comment, I also realise that there is a serious point to this.
In an extremely competitive marketplace with lots of job seekers competing for the same roles - what personal attributes should the job seekers show that will ensure they are one step ahead of the rest.
Thanks
Peter
