-Latin Name of Food
-Origin of the Food
-Small Amount of Nutritional Information About the Food
-When Possible, Include an Interesting Fact About the Food
EXAMPLE:
ALMONDS - Prunus dulcis
Almonds are protein-rich seeds native to the middle east and south Asia. They’re high in vitamins B and E and are packed with healthy monounsaturated fats. Almonds are also a great source of minerals, particularly manganese, magnesium, phosphorus and calcium. They have a low glycemic index, which helps to stabilize blood sugar levels making them a great on the go snack or addition to any meal.
