Writer for blogs/articles and web content

I have many clients needing on going work which would include web content, articles, press releases or blogs. I am looking for writers who:

Have excellent writing skills
understand the needs of an internet audience
Are able to research on the internet
able to write for most industries (what industry would you major in?)

How much do you charge per article/ blog/ web page?
