Write website content for telecoms company

I need good website content written for a telecoms company.
I need 3 pages written but I not from scratch..
For example the products and services, i will provide you with details, I need someone to collate that information and put it together in a presentable format.

The only page that needs working on is the home page. Since we are a start-up, I am not looking for a long essay like article. I need about 2-3 paragraphs written about us and what we do in a way that looks professional and corporate style.

I need help with putting all the content together in a word format that can be re-used in future.

Understanding our business and what is expected out of the web content is important. I need the content before end of next week

Please provide me with the following before you quote

1. Time required to deliver the content
2. Experience in writing content for Telecoms/IT field (any IT is fine)
3. Your working hours (I have had bad experience chasing for updates due to different time zones, I would prefer to know when I can expect an update)
