Write Web Content for business site/sub-sites

I am re-branding my consultancy business and need an number of web pages written from scratch including 'Intro Text,' 'Services Pages', 'About Us' etc. etc. I would envisage the content to be no more than 400 words per page/topic, with intro/teaser text of approx. 40 words for some of the topics.

The majority will need to be written from scratch but I have some existing content (PLR) that could be rewritten as part of this project.

The main areas of the business are:
Consulting (program & project management, analysis & design, development)
Resourcing (niche recruitment site with candidate registration)
Marketing (web marketing, SEO, social media, reputation management, PPC etc.)
Mobile (mobile sites, mobile marketing and mobile apps)

These areas will each have their own site, with a main 'corporate' site giving a brief intro, about us and links to each sub-site.

I have attached some further info what content is required for each site.

The company 'voice' is friendly, informal, approachable and flexible.

Our target market varies across the services we offer, but mainly local business and small to medium sized enterprises.

I would like to get the content together within the next 3 weeks, as I want to re-launch in May.

Once the sites are live, I will want some further content written in the same style (blog posts, articles etc.) on an ongoing basis.

I will also provide the relevant keywords to be targeted for each page of content (SEO'd not highest priority, well written, informative and engaging content more important).
