Write/edit article on company transparency

We're looking for someone to edit and then expand on a short article (either to be hosted on Medium or our website). Max 400-500 words.

A bit about us - (yokible.com) - We retrieve evidence-based insights about a company’s health, culture and growth potential so companies can signal who would be a good fit whilst removing the bias created by best place to work lists or 3rd party review sites.

We want to write about the trend towards company transparency and how employers are now more forth-coming with accurate/in-depth insights into their company culture. We have a case study based on a LinkedIn post which we want to write about.
