Write a 1000+ words article on construction industry

Hi,
I need someone to write a well-researched and engaging article on 'extending and renovating your home vs demolishing and rebuilding'.
It should include advantages and disadvantages for both options, in what cases one might be a better option than the other, e.g: it the house is quite old and in poor condition, it might be better to demolish and build over; if the house is detached it would be better to extend and renovate etc..It should include the average cost and time to completion for each option, what is involved etc.
