Wellbeing Criteria - rewrite

I need an assessment /inspection criteria for 5 pillars of wellbeing as part of a wellbeing framework. Majority of content is completed but needs revising and rephrasing into a more specific measurable criteria. Requires someone with knowledge in writing criteria and assessment points for content related to health, wellbeing and education. Not a big task as all content is sectioned and just needs transferring and paraphrasing etc.
