Website unique hotel content writing and adding hotels to directory

We have a wordpress site (supertrips.net)
Rather than by robot I want to add hotels to the site and want someone to get content for these hotels, either by writing / copying / copywriting or a combination of the above.
Each hotel would have a description, picture uploads, and a search box code that can be simply be pasted in.
I would want the person to do all of the above, creating hotels from a list provided.
So in summary here is a recap of what will be done.

login to our site (we will provide access)
Add the next hotel from the spreadsheet
Search the hotel and get some images and descriptions.
Put this into our site in a presentable way, which would read as unique to search engines.
Save and move on to the rest
