Website content for homepage and about us page

I am looking for a professional content writer who can write something compelling and interesting for our homepage and our about us page for a new website. I don't want the same text repeated. It would be nice to have a short, simple introduction on the homepage, which is then further elaborated in the about us section.

I am launching a one-stop shop for football coaching, scouting, analysis and hopefully player representation. In the coming weeks an online platform for aspiring football players will go live. It will allow players from all over the world to register for a FREE account, on which they can upload all of their vital stats, upload photos and videos - basically create, develop and maintain an online CV. These days sport is a business, and it does not necessarily mean talent is recognised – especially if a player comes from a low income background or from a reserved community. This platform will have an EDI (Equality, Diversity, Inclusion) perspective. I am based in the UK, but the platform will be accessible from anywhere in the world.

The database will allow us to monitor players both virtually and in-person. And recognise talent before recommending them to academies, clubs, agents with a view to representing them ourselves - effectively making us a football agency. As our target audience is mainly for minors, there will be a welfare and safeguarding aspect to this, and will be compliant as per measures enforced by The FA (England and Wales), UEFA and FIFA.

The content for both the homepage and the about us section should be engaging. It should incorporate and portray who we are and what we do, but without highlighting our infancy. It needs to be written in perfect English (United Kingdom) and in a professional tone. The professional writer would need to carry out their own research on the market sector (football agencies, scouting companies etc.) to then write something unique that works for us. We don't just want to attract visitors. We want to make them stay and learn more about us. Please be advised that I will not be looking to micromanage this job. I will expect the professional writer to have an input, and advise accordingly.

I believe 500 words for the about us section would be more than enough. Although, I will let you decide how many words should go on the homepage. It would need to be unique - IT CANNOT BE COPIED - and search engine optimised (SEO). I would also like the professional writer to identify and recommend necessary keywords and phrases to help us rank our website within search engines, making it easier to be found on search engines.
