Web Page Translation

I would like the whole of my home page translated into Norwegian,Danish, Scandinavian Chinese, Japanese and Arabic, navigation, menu, header, footer, content, plus one paragraph yet to be written.

This will just be the main home page, no other pages will be required at the moment.

I do not expect one person to be able to do all the languages so please indicate in your bid which languages you are able to do.

There is no urgency to this, it may be a few weeks before deciding.
