I have a video course that needs transcription. There are about 137 videos in the course. About 27+ hours of content.

Type the following in the first line of the proposal - "I understand £30 is the total amount I will receive to complete this project (all videos) and this is needed in 4 - 5 days."

Looking for someone to listen to the videos and transcribe word by word of all the videos in the course. The course is an SEO course so someone who is familiar with SEO jargon would help.

    How can you propose such a low rate? Are you aware of the time someone would spend transcribing the videos?

    You'd like the whole 137 videos transcribed for £30? What are you basing that figure on? Do you know how long it takes or have you made a mistake in your calculations?

    Is this a joke? 27 hours of content would take 108 hours to professionally transcribe i.e. 4 times the length of the audio. £30 is too little for one hour of audio, never mind 27 hours. It works out at 27p per hour worked. Also, it would take a minimum of 11 days to complete.

    Is the budget quoted as 30 for 137 videos in the course, about 27+ hours of content? By when would you need these completed? May I hear or see a video of a few minutes to get a fair idea of the difficulty level?
