Be available to our team on a regular basis to help us with writing reports and proof reading emails and presentations.
Job description:
•Write and/or review emails and memos to company and to clients.
•You will get a rough draft from our team on the ground. You will need to understand it and reword the report to be accurate and read smoothly. (we give you our thoughts you make it a document)
oWrite technical reports to include but not limited to:
oConclusions on process improvement projects
oDetailed procedures and policy documents for clients
oUser guides on operating software… etc.
oManuals
oOther technical writing
Skills:
•Excellent English writing (American or British)
•Excellent attention to details (no spelling or grammar mistakes)
•Strong Microsoft suites skills, word document, PowerPoint, excel spreadsheet
•Working on MS Visio will be a plus
•Able to embed diagrams and refer to them
•Experience (show portfolio) to create professional corporate presentations and documents
•Able to use CSS and have a professional looking documents
