Stories for Children

Seeking a creative writer to craft engaging 500–600 word children’s stories for ages 3–8. Stories should be informal, gentle, and educational, featuring diverse multicultural characters and simple plots suited for early readers. Each tale must be vivid, age-appropriate, and easily adaptable for illustration across a 22–24 page picture book. No extensive research required, but strong storytelling, clear language, cultural sensitivity, and a warm tone are essential. Previous children’s writing experience preferred.
