Some awesome copy required for new web site

1) Background of company and contact details:

I am an NLP Executive Performance Coach and am in the process of putting together a website to attract 'Corporate' clients and am looking for someone to help write content for it.

I'm looking for some awesome content for the home page, describing what I do and then some copy describing the services I provide.


2) Details of product/service:
a) Leadership/Performance Coaching (1 on 1)
b) Team Dynamics Training
c) On-Boarding - Helping new staff members 'settle in' to their new role/company.

3) Profile of target reader/customer
Aimed at Corporate Leaders/Business Managers (UK English speaking) that are seeking help with any of the following Personal issues:
a) How to become a more influential leader
b) Faster decision making
c) Becoming more creative
d) Managing Stress
e) Becoming a more effective Communicator

Or Organisational issues:
g) Communicating more effectively with a team or organisation
h) Introducing change more easily into an organisation
i) Reducing stress in an organisation/team
j) Managing teams more effectively



4) Style/approach of the buyer - what is the "voice" of the website:
The buyer will be a business owner,leader or Snr manager who is looking for help with either their own performance or help with improving the effectiveness of their organisation through staff/team development.

The website should 'speak' with a professional, businesslike voice to senior management, offering solutions for their personal challenges and/or personnel issues by providing professional coaching & training services, as well as On-Boarding facility.


5) Format/layout of the web pages:
The amount of words you produce will determine the layout, which I can decide upon later, so don't hold back and let the content flow - The more the merrier. I'll chop it up to create various web pages on my site that is currently being designed - Chances are I'll be coming back to you for a rehash at some point :o)


6) What do I want the visitor to "Do" as a result of reading the copy?
