Social Media Growth Operator & Content Manager

We're looking to hire an additional Social Media Account Manager and Growth Operator for our network of social media accounts targeted at young women (16–28).

Topics include:
• Dating and relationships
• Female psychology
• Emotional intelligence
• Modern life advice
• Self-improvement
• Human behavior
• Confidence and personal growth
• Viral internet culture
• The secret life of girls

Responsibilities:
- Source viral clips, trending topics, and content daily.
- Use AI tools to generate posts, design content layouts, and draft engaging captions.
- Repurpose podcasts, interviews, memes, and trending videos into multi-platform-friendly posts.
- Post consistently on TikTok (starting platform), with plans to expand across other platforms.
- Analyze engagement metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Build systems for scalable content production targeting retention and virality.
- Engage and grow the online community organically while researching competitors' successful tactics.

Ideal Candidate:
- Strong experience managing or growing social media accounts (examples appreciated!).
- Familiar with TikTok trends, hooks, audience retention strategies, and predicting viral successes.
- Regular user of AI creation tools like Canva AI, Midjourney, CapCut AI, or similar.
- Obsessed with studying viral graphs/social engagement trends in addition to professional-level editing/retargeting backgrounds turned short into sharable vertical post style outputs weekly tracing competitor effectiveness.
