Short-Form Script Writer Needed ( No AI Writing)

I am looking for an experienced Short-Form Script Writer to create compelling, high-engagement scripts for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience writing short-form content and be able to produce human-written scripts only — no AI tools or AI-assisted writing.

The ideal writer understands:

How to craft powerful hooks

How to keep viewers engaged for the full duration

How to structure short scripts for retention

How to write in a clear, punchy, conversational style

We’re looking for someone reliable, creative, and confident in turning ideas or prompts into polished scripts that are ready to film.

Responsibilities

Write 30–60 second short-form scripts

Produce strong hooks, narrative flow, and clear CTAs

Match the brand tone and style

Deliver consistent, high-quality scripts on time

Revise and refine when needed

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience writing short-form scripts

No AI — scripts must be fully human-written

Strong grasp of TikTok/Reels pacing and storytelling

Ability to write quickly, clearly, and creatively

Portfolio or examples of past scripts required
