SEO link building

We are looking for a seo manager who can work on contacting relevant blogs/ article sites asking for links or gust blog posts. We will be providing high quality content and sometimes info graphs which will have interesting relevant topics to our services and industry. We have a list of blogs but would require you to find more. The overall aim is to have a links from high PR websites relevant to us with great blog articles.

We are also looking for link for links from similar websites these need to be trusted and relevant.
