Rewrite help.

Hi there. I'm writing a fantasy fiction novel aimed at YA and possibly pre-teens. I write very raw, seat of the pants type author, I would like someone to turn my prose into something better and cleaner. You would not be a ghostwriter. It's all coming out of my imagination, if I may say, but you are essential to making it much, much better. Right now, I don't have a lot to send you but I can pay you your $20 rate and see what you can do. If I like your work, I may use you again. Please contact me if interested. The work is desultory at a $20 hourly. I'll have to see who is the best fit for me, since not only is this about the genre of Fantasy fiction, but actually, a subset within the genre of Fantasy fiction.
