Report on sustainability solutions for sport organization

I have to produce a management report for a sports event organization in which I propose innovative solutions to create more sustainable events or operation.
The report should focus on sustainable development principles pertinent to the wider sports industry, the report should be referring to academic theories and concepts related to the wider sports industries
