Regular Content Writing and Adding to my WordPress Site

Hi there,

I am looking for people to contribute content to my blog/site on a regular basis. I need native English speakers, and the articles must be written in English. Experience in content writing is essential.

Here is what I need written for me on a monthly basis:

1) A well written, researched and informative article
2) Content that engages readers and provides facts/useful information
3) Content that is totally unique and original - the text content shouldn't be copied, scraped or spun from elsewhere
4) The article should be be well formatted - ideally containing bullet points and/or subheadings so that it doesn't look too simple
5) The written content/article should be anywhere from 500 - 1000 words in length.

You can research freely online, looking at whatever websites and news outlets that you determine that pertain to the topic.
Once the articles is complete, I will need to check it and approve it. Once I have checked the article and approved it, I would like you to do the following:

1) Login to my website/blog each month and post the article; I will provide unique login details for you. The platform in question is WordPress.
2) Insert a relevant title and meta description before posting the article and making it live.
3) Make the article live and job done!

I would ideally want you to contribute directly to the blog, posting the content yourself each month. I
am more than happy to pay you extra X amount each month to do this.
Please also do the following when posting the article and making it live on my WordPress site:

1) Input appropriate meta data - ALWAYS DO THIS ON EACH ARTICLE SUBMISSION
2) Page interlinking - link out from the content to other locations on the website - SOMETIMES DO THIS, NOT ALWAYS
3) Outbound linking - link out to useful sources/resources from the article - SOMETIMES DO THIS, NOT ALWAYS
4) Occasionally, instead of posting a new article each time, use ALL of, or SOME of, your time/budget to update pre-existing articles that you have written before. So you have 3 options when writing content: write a new article, update an existing article, or write a new article and update an existing one. You will only be able to update articles that you have written previously yourself, however. How you do this is entirely your choice.

This allows for diversity, and means that existing posts on the website will sometimes get updated with fresh content.

Do not include words like "investment", "invest" or variants thereof; it is important that the content isn't construed as being financial advice.
