Re-Write our Delivery terms & considitons (UK)

I am looking for a UK based writer. ---STRICTLY UK BASED---
To re write our delivery terms & conditions, returns & calculations terms & a set of general T&C's for our online e commerce website.
The current setup is 1200 words, separated into 4 category's: Local delivery, national delivery, Important information & returns/cancellations. We do not currently have any general t&c's for the website.

I would need these re-written in an easily understandable format, using relevant legislation from the UK. These should be written into a word document, set out in whichever format suits so that i can copy/past them back onto the website.

This must be a UK based, native speaking English with a good understanding of UK delivery requirements.

Due to the high number of people that always ignore the UK based requirement, i will share the website with people for the UK that take an interest. Thanks
